Lulu.com Welcome Campaign

I designed and created a 3-part welcome series for Lulu.com, the largest independent self publishing platform and technology. It grew to a 25.3% open rate in the US, and for our international locales it had a 33.5% open rate (up from single-digit percent open rates!).
