Boston University Wheelock College Graduate Viewbook

This 32-page print viewbook takes potential students on a journey as they envision themselves studying what they're passionate about at BU Wheelock. Designed annually with a print run of 1,500 copies. I aim to make it a tailored experience for potential grad students, giving them a personal taste of the university at shows and conferences.

I played the roles of designer, art director, and photographer, orchestrating the design process from sketches to print while I collaborated with a marketing director and copywriter. As art director, I made sure the book stayed true to brand guidelines but showed how special a community BU Wheelock is with new photography (a lot of which I was able to contribute) and sourcing an illustrated cover from one of our most talented 4-year olds at the in-house preschool.

Hand-painted cover that ties into the physical signage I designed on the Boston University campus

At 32-pages, I had to convey statistics and school information, and benefits of a graduate degree, to prospective students from many walks of life.

Interior spread on what BU Wheelock is, our partnerships in the Boston community, and graduation outcomes

Skills: Print design, art direction, layout design, photography, graphic design, print vendor management
